Galactic Organization of Development - Order of Interstellar Cooperation

Preamble

We, the Council of Visionaries and members of the Galactic Organization of Development (G.O.D.), recognizing the need for a unified and cooperative approach to interstellar activities, hereby establish this Order of Interstellar Cooperation.

Article I: Scope and Jurisdiction

• Scope: This Order applies to all space agencies, organizations, and entities performing activities outside the atmosphere of any celestial body.

• Jurisdiction: All such agencies and entities are required to report to and cooperate with G.O.D. in accordance with its laws and regulations.

Article II: Principles of Cooperation

• Alignment with G.O.D. Laws: All interstellar activities must align with the laws, regulations, and ethical principles set forth by G.O.D., including but not limited to the Galactic Bill of Living Rights (GalBOR).

• Transparency and Reporting: All agencies and entities must provide regular reports on their activities, ensuring full transparency and accountability.

Article III: Governance and Oversight

• Regulatory Body: A specialized regulatory body within G.O.D. shall be established to oversee all interstellar activities and ensure compliance with this Order.

• Enforcement: Failure to comply with this Order may result in sanctions, including but not limited to the suspension of interstellar activities, fines, or legal actions.

Article IV: Dispute Resolution

• Mechanism: Any disputes arising from interstellar activities shall be resolved through a fair and transparent process, as outlined in the GalBOR and other guiding documents of G.O.D.

Article V: Amendments and Immutability

• Process: Amendments to this Order can be proposed by any member and must be approved by a unanimous vote of the Council of Visionaries.

• Immutability: This Order is immutable and shall serve as the ultimate authority on interstellar cooperation and activities.
